Business Solutions magazine partnered with Penn State University and conducted a Webbased survey of VAR subscribers from September 2009 through early October 2009. More than 12,000 votes were cast and measured across seven categories including service/support, channel friendly, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation, and adequate VAR margins.
“The response to our survey this year was excellent,” said Sue Bresee, publisher of Business Solutions magazine. “We generated 12,073 votes from 1,354 BSM reseller subscribers. The 1,354 resellers represent an estimated $8.8 billion in annual sales, making this one of the largest surveys of its kind.”
