Allworx Corp., a Windstream (Nasdaq: WIN) company and award-winning developer of Internet Protocol (IP) phone systems, has been recognized as one of the Best 2013 Channel Vendors in the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) category by Business Solutions magazine. This is the fourth time in five years that Allworx has been ranked for its excellence in VoIP services.
Business Solutions magazine partnered with Penn State University to conduct a national Web-based survey, asking its Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to rate their vendor partners across seven categories, including: service/support, channel friendly, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and adequate VAR margins. A total of 4,680 votes were cast from mid-September through early October, making the survey one of the largest of its kind.
