We want to be sure that you do not have to compromise with your Allworx® system. So, for your protection, we offer an Allworx Warranty and a network of Allworx Authorized Resellers to install and service your system.
The Allworx Warranty
Allworx systems, Allworx Px 6/2 port expander and Allworx VoIP phones carry a 12-month parts warranty. If an Allworx component fails (Allworx system, Px, Mirror Disk, Allworx 9212, 9202, 9112 or 9102 phones), just return the failed part to Allworx and the part will be replaced free of charge.
Allworx now offers a 4 year extended warranty for an additional charge for the Allworx 24x, 10x, 6x, Px, 6x Hard Drive, and Allworx family of phones, 9212, 9202, 9112, and 9102. Pricing is available on the Allworx price schedules in the Reseller Portal.
Allworx Network of Authorized Resellers
We have built a well-trained and responsive network of Authorized Allworx Resellers. Allworx has trained these resellers on both the data and telephony technologies. They are the best at assessing your needs, installing the system and providing on-going support. Your Allworx Reseller is your partner for all of your communications needs.
