Call Queuing is the perfect solution for the small business that wants to provide the extra touch to the handling of their customer calls. With the new Call Queues Reports businesses can now pull full reports on the number of calls received, serviced, abandoned, exited and timed out for each queue.
A system software option that allows a small business to have the benefits of group and individual calendaring without the expense of similar products (e.g. MS Exchange). The Allworx 6x supports 2 analog phones via the two (2) standard FXS ports and can be extended to accommodate up to thirty (30) analog phones with third-party FXS expansion units. The Allworx 6x comes standard with six (6) Central Office (CO) lines which can be expanded up to thirty (30) using third-party CO line expansion units. These units come in 4 port, 8 port or 24 port configurations. The Allworx 6x has a Compact Flash Slot that accepts Type I or Type II Compact Flash Cards. The system comes with a 256MB flash card which allows you to store your voicemail and system settings. The Allworx 6x offers an external hard disk to provide you with more storage to manage your voicemail and email. The hard disk is required for the Group Calendaring application. Allworx is compatible with various inline (Power over Ethernet – POE) switches. These switches provide power to your VoIP phones over the network. This option eliminates the need for bulky power adapters for every phone. The switch connects to the Allworx 6x through one of its 10/100 Ethernet ports or a network switch. This software option activates the ability within the Allworx system to send voice out over the Internet. This option is required for site-to-site operation or connecting with an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider). With a standard CD player, your callers will hear the music and messages you've selected when they are put on 'Hold.' You get the highest quality sound and easy-to-use CD features. Mix and match from a wide range of VoIP and analog phones including Allworx phones designed specifically for the Allworx systems. Allworx recommends connecting Allworx systems, workstations, heavily configured computers and servers to an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to protect your entire network from power surges and failure. Depending on the number of network devices you want to connect to the Allworx 6x, you can choose from an 8-port, 16-port, or even 24-port switch. You would select this option if you have remote users who need to access the data network remotely (e.g. working from home). |
