Call Assistant FAQ's
- What Operating Systems are supported? [click here]

- How many users can install and run the Call Assistant application once the feature has been activated? [click here]
- Each user set up on the server can install/run the application.
- If a common PC is shared by several users, can they each run the Call Assistant? [click here]
- Yes. However, only one instance of the Call Assistant can be running at one time on a PC or server.
- What are some installation caveats I should know about before using the application? [click here]

When logging in, the application is associated with the logged in user's handset.
If you are running software version 6.7, the Phone and Call Assistant PC do not have to be on the same subnet. If you are running software older than 6.7, the handset associated with the Call Assistant must be addressed within the same subnet as defined by the PC's IP address and subnet mask.

Favorites Tab — behaves similarly to the Directory tab but with the ability to choose which extension to display as well as the ability to add external numbers.
The Favorites tab can include any of the following items:
- User Extensions
- System Extensions
- System Speed Dial Numbers
- Auto Attendants
- Call Queues
- Call Monitors
- Custom External Phone Numbers
