If you are an end user of our products and you do not have an Authorized Allworx Reseller or do not know who it is, we would be happy to get you in touch with an Authorized Allworx Reseller in your area for speedy service support.
Our team does not typically provide support on third party products. However we do provide whitepapers on some of the more common 3rd party products that can be used with the Allworx system.
Our Technical Support Hotline is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST except on Allworx Holidays. Our holidays include, New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
