What Trunk Start Signaling Type does Allworx use?

When using CAS/RBS, Allworx handles Wink (Feature Group B only ), Immediate, Loop, and Ground Start trunks.  

Note: E&M Wink Start - Feature Group D (Wink Start with Wink Acknowledge protocol), is not supported.

 

What is the Incoming trunk selection sequence?

Allworx handles ascending and descending selection only.

 

Does Allworx handle PBX Store & Route Digits?
Allworx handles from 1 digit to the full number.  The most common setting for DID's is 4 digits (FYI, "store and forward" is used with RBS, not PRI).

 

What is the Phone Switch Type?   

Allworx IP PBX .

 

What PRI Types are used?   

Allworx handles:

  • NI-2
  • DMS100 proprietary
  • Lucent 4E & 5E proprietary

 

How do you set up Return Dialtone on Seizure?

Allworx will do this ourselves, please don't set the switch up to provide that setting.

 

Who sets up Yield to Glare?

Both sides may/can do that.
