## Unlimited Call Routes

#### Customized call routes mean unlimited flexibility.

- Change call routes based on your presence setting or if you’re on an active call.
- Incoming calls can set up to ring multiple handsets simultaneously, including internal extensions and outside numbers. 
- If the call is not answered in the first attempt, re-route the call to other internal extensions or outside numbers.   
- Create customized call routes based on specific incoming outside phone numbers, area codes or internal extensions.

## Auto Attendants

#### Setting up or changing auto attendants is a snap with Allworx.

- Allworx provides nine to 32 auto attendants, depending on the system model.
- Each auto attendant supports up to nine custom greetings and one custom message.
- Each auto attendant can play different greetings based on pre-programmed schedules. 
- Each auto attendant can route to other auto attendants, call queues, or extensions.

## Remote IP Phone Support

#### Need to add a phone for your home office or remote employees? Just plug and play.

- Replicate all the features of your IP phone in the office, including the same extension.
- Simply plug the pre-programmed Allworx IP phone into your home cable/DSL router.
- No additional phone license or VPN hardware appliance needed.

## Park to Extension

#### Park calls directly to specific user or group extensions, with automatic notification.

- Eliminates the need to page recipients to retrieve a parked call.
- Destination is indicated on your Verge phone Parked Calls screen, and the call is parked at your own extension rather than a random location number.
- Park to Extension programmable button can be added directly to your Verge phone.
- Supported across Verge phones, Reach app, and Interact Professional application.

2. A system extension does not have an individual voicemail box (e.g., break room, customer service queue). The maximum number of system extensions is equal to the maximum number of user licenses available for a server.
3. Handsets include Allworx IP phones, activated Allworx Reach licenses, generic SIP devices, and analog devices.
4. Requires Allworx System Software 8.1 or higher.

## Allworx Reach Link

#### Stay Connected as Your Mobile Data Network Changes

**During active Reach calls**

Reach Link automatically connects active calls as the mobile data network changes from 4G to Wi-Fi, and vice versa.

**During brief network interruptions**

While Reach Link is reconnecting the call, the other party will hear a brief down-tone and and an explanation.
