Certain products from Allworx contain, in part, open source software that has been developed by third parties without any affiliation to Allworx. There are several licenses included in the open source software; the text of each of these licenses is contained as part of the archive of the open source software.
One of the licenses in use is the GNU General Public License, Version 2 (referred to herein as “GPL”, a copy of which is available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). Recipients of this software are granted a license to that software under the terms of the GPL. The GPL allows you to freely copy, modify and redistribute that software and no other statement or documentation, including any End User License Agreement, places any additional restrictions on what you may do with that software.
For a minimum of three (3) years from the date of distribution of the software, Allworx will give to any party who contacts us using the contact information provided below, for a charge no more than our cost of physically performing source code distribution, a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code.
Alternatively, source code archives may be downloaded directly at: http://allworxportal.com/documents/open_source/.
